if relay fails under normal use within a year of delivery, we repair or replace it. that's the whole headline. the rest of this page is the details, written so you can actually read them.

01 — THE WARRANTY

one year from delivery.

Every Relay R1 carries a one-year limited warranty from Sovereign ATX LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company. If it fails under normal use within one year of the day it's delivered to you, we repair it or replace it. Your choice of finish carries over; your place in line doesn't start again.

02 — AFTER THE WARRANTY

repairs at cost.

Out of warranty, we repair at cost for as long as we have parts. A 22-gram modem shouldn't be disposable, and we don't intend to make one that is.

03 — WHAT VOIDS IT

one thing, mainly.

Opening the shell. It's ultrasonically welded — no screws, no clips, no way in that doesn't end the device. Don't. The warranty also excludes damage from misuse, immersion, or disassembly. Everything else — including honest everyday wear — is on us.

04 — HOW TO CLAIM

email a human.

Write to kavin@relay5g.com with your serial number and what the light is doing. A human replies — usually Kavin — and we'll sort the logistics from there. No phone tree, no RMA portal, no forms in triplicate.

Returns & reservations
05 — RETURNS

30 days, full refund.

Once units ship (after FCC authorization — no purchases exist before that), you'll have 30 days from delivery to return your Relay for a full refund, for any reason. Email us, send it back, done. We'd appreciate the box — it's a nice box.

06 — RESERVATIONS

free. cancel anytime.

Reservations cost nothing, hold no card, and cancel with one click at any time. If we ever collect payment before your unit ships, you can cancel for a full refund at any point before shipment. If FCC authorization is denied, or we can't deliver, every payment is refunded in full, automatically.

07 — END OF LIFE

don't bin it.

When a Relay is truly done, dispose of it through your local e-waste program — or mail it back to us and we'll recycle it properly.
