Is this a pre-order or a reservation?
Strictly a reservation. We do not charge your card today. We don't even ask for one. When manufacturing is locked, you'll get a one-click confirmation email asking you to complete the order — and you can back out at any point before that.
When will my unit ship?
First batch ships Q2–Q3 2027 after FCC, CE, IC, and PTCRB approvals. Reservations are filled in the order they were placed.
Can I change my finish later?
Yes. Up until the day we ship your unit, you can change Silver ↔ Space Black via the link in your confirmation email.
Do I need a SIM or data plan?
Yes. Relay takes a standard nano-SIM. Bring your own from any US or international carrier — AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, or any GSM/5G NR network worldwide. eSIM support is targeted for V2.
Can I reserve more than one?
Yes — just submit the form once per unit. If you need 10+, email
kavin@relay5g.com for team orders.
What if FCC certification slips?
We'll email you a transparent update with a new ship window. If the delay pushes past Q4 2027, you can cancel your reservation with one click.
